On a boiling hot day Rangers were delighted to host Plymouth Hope in a friendly on Saturday after Cheddar pulled out due to a shortage of players.
The visitors were a match for the home side although chances were few and far between in the first period with neither keeper being seriously troubled. It took a quality goal for Rangers to break the ice(hardly the right expression!), when Danny Baily played in Langers with 15 minutes left on the clock. Tony Pinder then returned the favour for Bailo to seal the game with a great strike from the edge of the box. A really good workout for the lads and the Club is grateful to Hope for stepping in at such short notice.
